Continuing the week of celebrating Dragon Age: Inquisition for its anniversary of release tomorrow, the next thing I love about Inquisition: Skyhold!

I mean, Hawke’s estate was nice and all. And for the Warden, well, it was a lovely little camp, and with DLC there was that one castle with the demon-warden and all, oh and there’s always Vigil’s Keep.

But Skyhold! Now that is a base of operations! Gorgeous views and such a sense of energy from all the people wandering around, getting things done, the gradual repairs and improvements to it making it feel like time really is passing in the game and the Inquisition has a sense of purpose.

Also, the day or two of gaming that always has to be spent just wandering around as soon as you get to Skyhold, finding and unlocking things even if it’s not your first playthrough… 🙂
